The Olympic Rings in the Coastal Village! Let the Games begin! |

The dining hall in the Coastal Village. |
|
Yes, the Village has a McDonald's! It opened today and everyone is excited to have familiar food! Baby Miller and I enjoyed an egg and cheese McMuffin, two hash browns, a fruit smoothie and apple slices! |

The 'bread spread' in the dining hall. |

The Coca-Cola Cafe in the Village Plaza. |

The balcony off of the suite I share with 5 other female USOC staffers. My roommate is Olympic bronze medalist and hockey player, Jamie Hagerman. She competed in the 2006 Torino Games and is serving as the Athlete Service Coordinator here. She's a teacher now and is doing an awesome job making sure our athletes are comfortable and happy! As you can see, we are literally on the coast of the Black Sea! |

Our room in the Village. |
|
My colleague, Amanda Wittenmyer, with our awesome, brand new BMW bikes. They are a huge hit and Amanda has been doing an fantastic job of getting them all organized! Because life IS more fun when you are organized! |
|
Even I have been riding the bikes...and for all those who are worried about me and Baby Miller, I promise I am riding carefully and doing the best I can not to fall off! |
|
This picture is for my husband, Justin, and his family...a palm tree tower in the Village! |
|
A view of the Bolshoy venue from the Village. This will be the home of the men's hockey games. It reminds me of a giant space ship!

The Baby Miller Bump! Almost 4.5 months!

I must have missed when you originally announced :) So happy for you and your husband on your bun in the oven. How cool to be able to tell them someday that they were in Russia :) Congrats Julie! Very happy for you!
